“Forever” is a series of artworks composed of aesthetic intuitions and objects. The intuitions are revealed with the aid of a camera, using a technique derived from tonal painting. The objects are paintings executed on various surfaces using different painting techniques.
The Forever series aims to represent the artist’s dreams and memories. The images have vague outlines and are reiterated several times, as if there were a desire to understand them in depth. It seems that these works express a desire to render immutable that which, by its very nature, is subject to change over time.
